"Absolutely first class service. Professionally printed and produced CDs. Tom assisted through the whole process. A true gentleman. I would have no hesitation in recommending CD Unity to anyone."
"A fantastic job producing CDs for our album. I had a short time frame and the company managed to get high-quality CDs sent to us in plenty of time before our deadline."
"Excellent service from the initial steps to my 200 albums being delivered. Mega happy with the CDs, great price, great quality printing and audio. Couldn't recommend enough."
Do I have to order a full run after?
No. The proof copy is a completely standalone order. If you're happy, you can order a full run from us — and most people do — but it's never a condition. No sales call, no follow-up pressure.
Is the proof copy the same quality as the full run?
Yes. Same process, same materials, same finish. The whole point is that what you hold is what your fans would hold. No shortcuts on the proof.
How long does it take?
Around 12 working days from the moment your artwork is approved. Same lead time as a full run — proof copies don't jump the queue.
What file formats do you accept?
WAV files for audio, PDF at 300dpi CMYK for artwork. If you have DDP format ready, that's fine too. We'll walk you through it if you're unsure.
Why do you offer this when no one else does?
Because expensive printing mistakes are awful. A proof copy prevents them. It lets you sense-check colours, folds and finish before committing hundreds of pounds. We think it's the right way to make CDs.
